Sarah is a 57 year old woman who has been in recovery for the last five years. Sarah was assaulted when she was in the Coast Guard and has been granted disability. Sarah wants to seek additional therapies. Sarah has also been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and goes to therapy once a week. Sarah is need of transportation to get herself to different therapies and to attend to other every day tasks.
