Morgan

Morgan’s church urged her to call, which she did. She is a single mother of four, ages 18, 8, 3 and 2. They live nearly 20 miles out of town, nowhere near public transportation. All of her children attend different schools because of their age differences. She takes care of her ill mother, and both of them need to get to doctor’s appointments, some of which are at UCSF in San Francisco once a week.
