Heather Annibel is the lucky radio winner for the car-a-month giveaway from Ukiah in November. Nominated by a friend, she is well known and much loved in the Ukiah community. Heather has dedicated over 10 years to assisting developmentally disabled residents of Mendocino County, requiring her to provide transportation her clients. This car will allow her to keep her job, while balancing three young kids and keeping her family on its feet.
